Agilo is more than a company. We're a part of a dynamic community that's constantly pushing boundaries and striving for a better society. Our commitment to social impact is built into everything we do, from the football pitch to the tech meetup stage.
tech.coffee started in 2008 with a simple idea: bring people together, share knowledge, and build something lasting. What began as a grassroots meetup has grown into a monthly gathering, now 144 events strong, connecting Split, Croatia's tech community with leading founders, investors, and thought leaders from the Nordics and beyond. For Agilo, tech.coffee reflects a long-term commitment to strengthening the ecosystem we are part of. You cannot build a strong company in a weak community, so we invest in both, thinking globally while working locally.

Connecting local community

When Agilo's founder Toni started the company at 19, the local tech community he needed simply didn't exist. So he set out to build it. In 2015, together with co-founder Antonio Šerić, he launched Split Tech City, a non-profit connecting regional tech companies, startups, universities, investors, and mentors. Over 11 years, Split Tech City has organized more than 500 events with support from 70 local companies. Agilo has contributed over 2,000 hours to shape its branding and website across three editions. We're a small company and one of the biggest contributors to our community, not for business advantage, but because it's the right thing to do.

Think big

Aiming higher

Goals that make a difference — Everything at Agilo serves a higher purpose, including football. That belief has guided us from day one, so when we joined Split, Croatia's leading corporate league six seasons ago, it was about more than competition. We tied goals to donations. Each goal triggers a €15 contribution from Agilo, with other companies joining in and raising the total further. Last season, nearly €10,000 went to Vjeruj i Djeluj (Believe and Act), helping fund a TREXO walking robot through the Djčki Koraci (Children's Steps) project for children with disabilities. Winning feels good. But watching more companies join the initiative, seeing the donation per goal grow, and knowing it benefits real children. That's what truly matters.
