BUZZ CPH is a multi-brand fast-casual restaurant group founded in 2016 by former Michelin chef Rasmus Oubæk and CEO Christian Brandt. It runs Jagger, Otto, and Ritta across 40+ locations in greater Copenhagen, with an existing ordering app used by around 170,000 customers.

BUZZ ran its ordering on a white-label app (Heaps) with no in-house control. Every change required a third-party vendor, the platform offered no loyalty or CRM, and managing 40+ locations across three brands was getting harder.

Agilo delivered in phases. First, a unified multi-channel commerce platform: a migrated and enhanced web shop with a single backend across B2C and B2B, multi-warehouse inventory, and real-time sync. Then a custom iOS POS, built from scratch in React Native and integrated with the same Medusa backend for a brand-consistent in-store experience. Since then, we have stayed on for ongoing development, upgrades, and strategic guidance.
We needed a partnership with flexibility and the chance to scale together, while gaining full control of our ordering platform.
A custom multi-brand ordering platform and app, built on Medusa.
01 / Ownership
Medusa keeps catalog, orders, customers, and workflows in infrastructure you control instead of a rented black box.
02 / Flexibility
B2B pricing, marketplaces, rentals, omnichannel POS, and ERP syncs can be shaped around the business instead of forced into templates.
03 / Scale
The stack is modular enough to launch the first version quickly and keep improving it for years without rebuilding the foundation.
