Flatlist is a premium Danish eyewear brand selling sunglasses and optical frames across D2C and B2B. Its strength is sales, with no in-house development team. After migrating to Medusa, the brand was left with a build that was neither stable nor scalable, and needed a partner who could take ownership.

Recovery
Flatlist had migrated to Medusa for B2B and B2C, but the previous developer could not deliver a stable, scalable platform for customers and the sales team. With no in-house development capability and sales as its core strength, the company terminated the agreement and went looking for a partner who could bring the platform up to standard.

Agilo delivered in phases. First, a unified multi-channel commerce platform: a migrated and enhanced web shop with a single backend across B2C and B2B, multi-warehouse inventory, and real-time sync. Then a custom iOS POS, built from scratch in React Native and integrated with the same Medusa backend for a brand-consistent in-store experience. Since then, we have stayed on for ongoing development, upgrades, and strategic guidance.
Recommended multiple times by trusted companies in Denmark. They had the capability to execute, and they delivered.
A platform rebuilt properly, one the sales team and customers can rely on.
01 / Ownership
Medusa keeps catalog, orders, customers, and workflows in infrastructure you control instead of a rented black box.
02 / Flexibility
B2B pricing, marketplaces, rentals, omnichannel POS, and ERP syncs can be shaped around the business instead of forced into templates.
03 / Scale
The stack is modular enough to launch the first version quickly and keep improving it for years without rebuilding the foundation.
