Viessmann is a global leader in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, founded in 1917 and now part of Carrier Global. The business set out to digitise its mobile heating rental process, linking rental providers with the businesses that need them.

The Challenge

Viessmann's rental process ran on slow, manual steps across multiple providers, each with its own rules, pricing, and availability. The goal was to simplify the customer journey without losing that flexibility.

The Solution

Agilo built a bespoke B2B marketplace on Medusa, shaped around how pharmacies actually order. Complex purchasing and discount logic are first-class features, not workarounds. The hardest problem to solve was order splitting for pharmacy groups, with a clean interface for a genuinely complex flow.

Our new platform required a lot of definition and fact-finding, all while keeping a much simpler user experience.
